Last week I overhauled the X5’s rear brakes. Today I did the front to match. Very satisfying! They were properly crusty and lipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So I got to work. Quick blog post this. Brembo disks (complete with new retaining screw, which was nice) and Pagid pads. New sensor. \u00a3178.01 from ECP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m delighted to note twin pot calipers there. The most I’ve ever had on a BMW. I guess it takes a 356mm disk to motivate them to ditch the single pot mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All done. Looks great. Brakes work, too. Bonus!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
